Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
We accept returns or exchanges for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Items must be returned/exchanged within 5 days of the purchase date.
Return/Exchange Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, you can place an exchange or return from my order section or please contact our customer service team at information.hintz@gmail.com Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Our customer service team will guide you through the return/exchange process and provide you with a return/exchange authorization.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or similar protective packaging.
Include a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation inside the package.
Return Shipping:
For returns due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product), we will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange for the item to be picked up at no cost to you.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s). We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return shipping process.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
Refunds for Prepaid orders would directly be initiated to source account and COD order will be refunded in the form of COUPON CODE ONLY.
Please note that shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Conditions for Replacement
We are pleased to inform you that we have a hassle-free replacement option available for you. Rest assured, our aim is to make the replacement process as seamless as possible. We do not require you to answer any questions with some fare norms and we will promptly provide you with a new product.

The Goods are in the original packaging
If any of the goods are damaged, kindly provide us with a video or pictures of the damaged product. This documentation is crucial to initiate the replacement as soon as possible. Your cooperation in providing visual evidence will greatly assist us in expediting the resolution.
Replacing Goods
If your product is damaged upon delivery, no worries. Just initiate a replacement ticket with us, and we will replace the product. Alternatively, you can send the parcel to the address below. We will reimburse the courier charges up to a maximum of 130 Rs per return shipment.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
